Download a learning catalog resource uploaded on the system

Hi All,

we are trying to discover a way to download the catalog resources that you uploaded on the system. Here below a business case:

An HR user uploaded a scorm file on the system. After a while, a user discovered that there is an issue on that file and it needs to be fixed. Unfortunately the HR that uploaded the file is in vacation and a colleague needs to have the file to share it to the supplier. How can he find the file? Do you know if Is there the possibility to download it from the system?
