Is it possible to have different access for different document type?

Hi,

We have a requirement to have different access to different document types for employees.

For Example : 

Payslip - View and download the document only

Passport - View, create and update only

Visa - View, create ,update and delete

Medical Insurance - View Only

Is it possible ?
