Enable All or Multiple selections from a Pivot Table prompt in OTBI

The Pivot Table prompt should allow the selection of all or multiple items.

We have a requirement to allow the selection of All or multiple items from the Pivot table prompt. The user can select multiple items from the dropdown and see the result based on the selections. Currently, we are only able to select a single value from the parameter dropdown.

The below image shows the selection of a single item is currently enabled in the pivot table prompt.
