Diagnosing why Reveue not Recognised against Expenditure Items

Hi,

I am trying to get my head around why Revenue can be recognised for some Expenditure Items, but for others, Revenue is never recognised.

Looking at the same Project, Task, Transaction Source, Expenditure Type, Expenditure Item Date and Document Entry Name, I see that sometimes the Revenue is recognised, sometimes it is not.

For example, taking the "Oracle Fusion Cost Management" Transaction Source, for an Item Date of 23rd May 2019, for Expenditure Items for the same Project and Task, Revenue is recognised at some times, other times it is not.

I can't work out why that is.

I have run some SQL to group across Project, Task, TRX Source, Expenditure Type, Document Entry Name, Revenue Recognition Status and Expenditure Item Date.
