EU MDR - Where to capture Date of Manufacture for all lots?

Has anyone in Med Device space created field or are using a field to capture Mfg Date?

We have various customers that require the Date of Manufacture to be submitted.  We have different scenarios for needing date of manufacture:

1) purchased items - we need to get the date from suppliers and want to enter that into Oracle Cloud

2) make items - we use date from external label printing application as date of manufacture, we want to enter this into Oracle Cloud

Does anyone have any ideas on best way to implement a solution to capture this date for both make & buy?
