Sick Plan Re-Enrollment Not Working

Content

Hello Everyone,

We have a scenario where an active full time employee with normal working hours of 40 was eligible and enrolled in out Sick Plan effective 1/1/2020. On 5/1/2020 due to Covid-19 we changed the employee's working hours to 24. This caused the employee's sick plan enrollment record to get end dated to 4/30/3030. So, the employee was un-enrolled from the sick plan.

We would like to allow the employee to remain enrolled in the sick plan even though they have reduced hours.

I modified the Fast Formula that determines eligibility to make employees with reduced hours due to Covid-19 eligible for the plan.

Howdy, Stranger!
