Reporting on Career Statements

Enhanced Talent Profile & Reporting on Career Statements

Content

Hi,

Prior to upgrading to the Enhanced Talent Profile we used the following subject area and column to report on Employees Career Statements:

SA: Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time > Person Profile > All Profile Content: ItemText20001

After upgrading to the Enhanced Talent Profiles the above still works for Career Statements which existed prior to the upgrade; however, when an Employee enters a new Career Statement the above column does not return their Career Statement (the column is blank).  Is there another column I should be using?

Regards,

Karen Waddell
