connection timeout erro

created a VCN,subnet and a compute instance in it. Unable to connect to the compute instance.

i am a OCI cloud trial user. I have created a VCN,subnet and a compute instance in it. Unable to connect to the compute instance. Getting error -- 

$ ssh -i cli_new opc@193.122.129.153
ssh: connect to host 193.122.129.153 port 22: Connection timed out

ssh rsa key is fine. where can i check the logs for the connectivity problems. can somebody help me?
