How manage security (Organisational Tree and AOR) for Terminated employee on an inactive department

Summary

How manage Organisation tree and AOR in this case : an employee is terminated in 2019. On 2020 the assignment department of this inactive employee is inactivated (after a Reorganisation).

Hello,

I am wondering how I should manage an old department on which we keep terminated employees which should stay visible to users.

This is my scenario :

1- Initial organization Tree on 01/01/2019

                - Employee “Mr Lambda” is assigned to a department AAA. This Department is in the Org tree.

                - Employee Mr Lambda is terminated on 01/12/2019.

A Human Resources User, with the correct AOR (including Dept AAA) is able to see employee file. All is ok… so far…
