How to determine what Learning Plan Name goes with a Learning Plan ID

I am running the Audit Trail Report (User Learning Plan Mapping History) to identify who mapped users to a Learning Plan. Sadly, you are not given the opportunity to limit the report to a particular Learning Plan.

 

The results return Learning Plan IDs instead of Learning Plan names. How do I determine which Learning Plan the Learning Plan ID belongs to?
