Oracle PaaS Services Performance Reports

Oracle PaaS services (DB, OIC, SOA CS, JCS and WebLogic Server) performance reports are needed to review the health of the services periodically, but these reports are not currently available hence raising this idea.

a) Downtime reports – planned and unplanned downtimes
b) Uptime and availability reports
c) CPU, Memory and other infrastructure Performance Reports
d) Load Balancing Reports

Use Case and Business Need

Highmark would like to periodically review the performance of hardware and software that Oracle has deployed to host the PaaS – DB, OIC, SOA CS, JCS and WebLogic Serve for Highmark and validate if the response times received by users for various business functions is adequate and satisfactory. Additionally information is also sought regarding planned and unplanned outages within Oracle HW on which Highmark’s services are deployed. Currently there is also no provision within the system to generate any reports to determine if Oracle’s HW is able to meet the service levels that are due to Highmark. Highmark would therefore like
