Updating Operation Items UOM in Work Definition UI

Expected behavior when updating UOM for Operation Items in Work Definition UI

Content

The Operation Item has Item -Specific UOM conversion set between milligram and each. The item structure is assigned with primary UOM of EACH.  When the item's UOM is chnaged in WD UI to Miiligrams, it is not updating the quantity based on inter-class conversion factor. It is retaining the same usage as specified in Item structure (tied to Each).

Would like to know the expected behavior in this scenario. Thank you.
