Tranlation overrride rate using incorrect rate

The rate for override accounts (Share capital) is not the same as the captured rate, on consolidation

Hi all,

 

Last month we used override rate for Share capital and Investments for a single entity to eliminate on consolidation. Everything worked perfectly.

 

This month we have 3 new entities that Share Capital etc has to eliminate on consolidation. The system is NOT using the rate we are capturing. We have impacted the entity by changing values, deploying the rule file and refreshing the database. Regardless of how we impact the entity, it is NOT using the supplied rate captured on the override data form.
