Getting the Counts of Learners based on Manager Hierarchy in OTBI Analysis

Requirement:
When the managers runs the analysis, they should only see their direct reports and counts of the Learners under their Direct Reports. When they drill down on any Direct report, the second level reports should appear and the counts of further down levels.
Example:
Manager runs the report and see the direct reports and the counts.

Manager drills down to John and should see the direct reports of John

This should go on until the manager drills down to last level.
