Is there a quick way to add roles to multiple users at the same time?

Hi,

We have a constant need to add new roles to a bunch of users in our organization. Right now we are going into Security console > Search for the user>Edit role and add the new roles one by one. Then comes the part to add data access at different levels to each of those users for all those new created roles. This task is pretty overwhelming. Is there a quicker way to do this? Please advice.
