Configuring Manager Self Service using Approval Rules

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can point our team in the right direction. 

problem statement: we would like to enable manager self service actions, but having trouble configuring the security/approval workflows.

Simple transaction:

1) Line Manager submits a Termination action

2) Termination goes to the manager's HR Business Partner for approval (HRBP approvers are split out by business unit)

3) Once HRBP approves, the transaction hits our HRIS/SuperUser group for final approval and commitment to HCM

That's pretty much it; really simple: Manager -> HRBP -> SuperUser/HRIS.
