Can we use OTBI dashboard operators in BI Publisher sql

We are embedding SQL query based BI publisher report in OTBI dashboard. The OTBI dashboard has an option to choose operators "Not Equal To"/"Like"/"Greater Than" etc. Is there a way to pass these to the BI publisher and use them on the Data model SQL query for the same.
