Position Syncronization

Position Synchronization is enable, but Position Hierarchy doesn't work.

Hi,

I've an issue. I've uploaded position hierarchy with Data Loader, then I've activated position hierarchy syncronization and I've run synchronized person assignments from positions process. I need to have a persons hierarchy who reflects the positions hierarchy, but this didn't happen. 

Can you help me to solve this issue?
