Rename a value from Proposed Worker Type Field

Hi All - I wanted to check if there is any way to rename a value in Proposed Worker Type drop down. We have a requirement to rename Contingent Worker to a custom value. Any idea where is drop down getting populated from?

We have already changed System Person Type for Contingent worker to custom value but this unable to figure out how to update this.
