I have had this problem for the past few days: my ATP database stops by itself shortly (about 10 minutes!) after starting. Sometimes it starts again by itself, but often it does not and I have to start it manually. Not to mention that it also takes very long to start and stop the database. I am using Always Free services and the home region of my tenancy is Germany Central (Frankfurt). This database was created in late February and this is the first time I am experiencing this problem.
