Calculate Absence Days Based on Published Shift Schedule

Calculate Absence Days Based on Published Shift Schedule

Content

Hi Experts,

We are having our Time and Labor Managers publish shift schedules, and our Absence Types have been set in hours where calculated duration is based on shift schedule.

We wrote a fast formula that uses Get_Pay_Availability to calculate input hours, however, this function is using the shift schedule based on the work schedule assignment and not on the published schedule.

Do you have any ideas what function we can use that looks at the published shift schedule instead?

Thanks,

Heidee
