Approval process after a specific task in the checklist flow

Hi All,

Do you know if there is the possibility to setup an approval process after a specific task in the checklist offboarding flow? Here below an example of use case:

1. the line manager has to fill in a questionnaire for the evaluation of an employee

2. the manager + 1 should approve the questionnaire and, in case, edit the questionnaire with some comments.

How do you think I can implement this requirement?
