I have loaded the geography for United Kingdom in Manage Geographies and then wanted to load the same into the Geography Hierarchy for ORC. This took me awhile to get the spreadsheet ready to match the load from Oracle. So if this helps anyone else to save time I have attached here. Load in Data Exchange and your good to go with Primary locations etc. in ORC.

Check the items in italics are right for your environment / client and then change to gegraphyhierarchy.dat file and upload.
