Assignment name is different from Job name

Hi,

For certain employee, in Employment screen - the assignment name shows "Native" but the Job name(called 'Profession') for the employee is "CS".

I don't understand how and from where i got the "Native" value.

The correct value suppose to be "CS"

I checked the employee's assignment history and didn't see any "native" value job name.

Please advise me.
