Unable to Define an Employee as a Resource

Employees were recently converted by HCM team, but we cannot identify any of them as a resource

Hi!

We are unable to identify the employee as a resource in the Resource Directory. The employee shows in the worker record and is actively being used in approvals, but when we try to assign it as a Contract Administrator through 'Identify Resource', the results come up empty.

Appreciate if you let us know if any of you has encountered this situation, and what was done to resolve this.
