Data migration templates

Need to extract from the system all the necessary templates for data migration.

Hello,

I am writing about data migration: in particular, client's need is to populate the system with their own data by filling in the templates that reflect the configurations done in the system. 

I checked in the tab "Data exchange", but trying to performing the task "Spreadsheet templates" I noticed that I would need to select one object a time (for example, position, etc.) and I don't know where I could build the proper template for personal informations and for assignment informations (especially: they have to reflect my configuration, also reporting my custom fields and indicating in the proper way where I put some fields - f.e. cost center should be tracked on department template, etc...)
