We have a requirement where Whenever an employee works on a public pay, he/she should get a premium for that day which is passed onto an element
For e.g. If someone works on July4th then he/she punch in against regular hours but is entitled to 1.5 times the pay as it is a public holiday
Anyway we can achieve this?
