Flex Form option in SmartView

Flex form doesn't work in Smartview (Even if the option is ticked in the web interface)

We are trying to activate the flexible form option in PBCS for existing forms.

However, when we try to activate the option, in SmartView, the form is still showing as a standard form, not as a flex form.

Did anyone get the same issue? If yes, what is the solution for this issue?
