Are there any spreedsheet to upload "Tax Country" at supplier address level ?

Hi All, please, i may be missing something. By using the spreedsheet TaxImpWorkbookTemplate, i don't have any field to populate the Tsupplier's Tax country at the address level, neither at profile level.

 

Are there any spreedsheet that can be used to update that information ?
