Sorry for the general nature of my request - I am exploring options for implementing SSO.  My technical experience with SSO is limited.

Not all Oracle users at my organization have company issued email addresses - only a small number of users have a "@mycompany.com" email address.  So, a vast majority of our users, utilize Oracle for just Oracle Expense reasons, and they are able to use their personal email accounts, such as "@gmail.com" or "@yahoo.com", etc.  Therefore, not everyone is under the "
