Reverse Termination post FPS to HMRC
Summary
Oracle is allowing us to Reverse Terminate colleagues who have been sent to HMRC through FPS as a leaverContent
Hello All,
We're currently having issues with Oracle allowing us to Reverse Terminate colleagues who have been sent to HMRC through FPS as a leaver, which is incorrect practise as it's creating duplicate records with HMRC which will ultimately lead to company fines.
Reverse Termination is fine pre FPS.
Is there anything in the system that will prevent Reverse Terminations post FPS that we are missing?
Many thanks,
Lianne
