Hello All,

I am trying to integrate Learning Cloud with Talent Management. While defining Learning Outcome - Proficiency Rating, it is not getting saved.

Once I click 'Save and Close', still Proficiency rating not getting saved and due to that Learning Outcome information are blank.

Anyone else facing this issue?  Please suggest.
