How to fetch -4 days from to_date without weekend and holidays

Hi, i need to fetch -4 working date from to_date. so here i am using gl_periods table to get start_date and end_date. end date -4 should be my to_date.

Hi, i need to fetch -4 working date from to_date. so here i am using gl_periods table to get start_date and end_date. end date -4 should be my to_date.

and need to exclude holidays too. so i am using per_calander_events table.

if -4 working date from end_date is holiday then need to fetch previous working date as to_date.
