In my sandbox, I tried to replace 'Family and Emergency Contacts' text with 'Dependents and Other Contacts'. For a page and a notification.

The quick actions to Family and Emergency Contacts diappeared under My Client Groups. I could not find he find it with the new name either. Then I tried to undo the change but it cannot even find anything in the system with 'Dependents and Other'. So I cannot even undo the change now. So Bizzare!!

The quick link is still the old name under Structure and forced it to show by setting visible to 'Yes'. Then also checked the checkbox for 'add as quick link'. IT still wont show under Quick Actions!
