How to add a comment column on PBCS

Hello fellows,

I'm working with a customer that want a comment column (not the cell comment).  During the research, found this site http://thehyperiondoctor.com/2015/04/13/how-to-add-a-comments-column-to-hyperion-planning-webforms-and-reports/ where the author explain how to do it on Hyperion, and this is exactly what we want.  As you can see this was five years ago and the author is no longer working with this system.  I tried his solution by creating a text member on the Period Dimension, and setting the Evaluation Order of dimensions, but the field appear read-only on a form with all dimensions at the lowest member, message for read only is "Invalid Scenario Time Period Range".  Even if I change the member data type to
