20B release notes has feature of "DELETE PROTECTED DATA SETS". Per release notes and MOS Doc ID 2671180.1 "A data set is automatically protected when it contains business objects that support being rolled back"

I have below mentioned questions on this topic:

2. What does the roll back exactly means here?
