Transfer Performance Document to HR Admin to Update

In the classic UI there were certain circumstances where our HR admins would need to update an overall rating in a performance doc.  We would be able to transfer the performance document to the HR admin (they had access to the line manager role) and the HR admin would go to My Team > Performance and be able to see the performance document that was transferred to them and update the overall rating.    Is this still possible to do in the New UI?
