How to default action to "Voluntary Termination" in termination
Summary
How to default to "voluntary Termination" when terminatingContent
Is there a way to limit the LOV to voluntary termination only when manager submitting for terminations? we still want HR to enter the involuntary terminations so we don't want to totally get rid of it, just when managers are submitting the terminations. i played around way too much in page composer and it seems like you can't default the value. is there a workaround, such as removing the LOV and giving the termination action a default value?
