How to move changes made to a Custom TM report from test pod to prod pod ?

Move Custom TM reports from Test to Prod

I made some changes to an existing custom report on Transaction Matching. Added a new report ot my arcs test pod. 

How do i move these 2 reports to arcs prod pod ?

Is there any way in Migration i can move just these 2 objects ?

Or do i need to manually change/add the query in Prod pod and then make other relevant changes to the related report on prod pod ?
