Unable to run Evaluate Group Membership for a single person after 20B Patch.

There is no issue when we run the Evaluate Group Membership process for single HCM Group (no person name selected) or for all HCM Groups (no Group or person name selected).
But we are not able to run the Evaluate Group Membership process for a single person (with or without group name selected). The process ends in Error.

Please note this issue only happens with HCM groups with Valueset criteria, the process works fine if you don't use value set criteria in your HCM group.
