Learn Alerts - Is there a maximum number of users this will work for?
We have been using a learn alert that notifies users when they have been assigned required learning. This has been running successfully for the past few months. At the beginning of this week our L&D team assigned required training for the whole department of around 2,200 staff. The alert scheduled ran for around 14 minutes and then errored.
I was checking to see if anyone has had a similar issue when bulk assigning learning or if you are aware of a maximum user capacity for custom learn alerts. Any Advice would be gratefully appreciated.
