Private Connection Not getting Connected

I am using below url for narrative reporting private connection but is not getting connected.

I am already using other narrative reporting URL's for private connection but they are working fine. This time I am using an enterprise URL.

Web Interface is opening fine.

Any response will be much appreciated.
