How To Add Acknowledgement Forms In Onboarding Using Learning

Summary

Leveraging the Learning Module to house policy acknowledgements for Onboarding

Content

Hi Folks!

I would just like to share how my organization leveraged the Learning module to enable policy acknowledgements through Onboarding.

Learning Config

We created a course, with an offering, and created 2 activities: 1 activity to house the actual document for reading and the other activity we used a "Learning Assessment" (Questionnaire functionality) to capture the acknowledgement piece (i.e. Do you agree with the following terms...)

We then ensured that this course was "open" and did not require approval from the Line Manager (Employees do not need manager approval to sign-off on policies).
