Email id has be merge and complete the learn plan status


Hi Team,

Suggestion needed, we have a few users whose email id was wrong, the employees completed the training with the wrong email id, now their email id has been corrected. What is the best approach to make sure we do not loose there Learn Plan status. Obviously they do not want to retake the LP's again. 


Should I force complete the LP's against the new email id's or there is any other best approach for this.
