Hi Experts,

I have an requirement in the checklist, Before one both of this probation period i need to assign one checklist or Hire date + 160 days  i need to  assign checklist to the employee.

Using two ways we can assign checklist here.

1. Checklist Action is Hire and Allocation Criteria is When the action record becomes effective. i given days as 160.

2. Checklist Action is End Probation Date  and Allocation Criteria is When the action record becomes effective. i given days as -30.

But in both cases checklist is triggered in different ways.
