Use the transaction details report to troubleshoot workflow related issues


During workflow implementation we often encounter situations where our workflows are either in stuck status or have failed or have routed incorrectly based on the rules defined. The log file we download from Transaction Console is not very helpful in troubleshooting the issue and finding the root cause.

We can run a Diagnostic Report – Fetch Transaction Details, which gives us a detailed report for any pending workflow which might have failed or routed incorrectly or in stuck status. This report will further help functional resource in finding the root cause.
