Hi There,

We have a case that some of our assets (under warranty) when it gets defected the supplier is replacing it with another item (asset) 

so we go to the same old asset (the defected) and just change the serial number to the new asset (the replaced) 

 

first of all, is this the best practice? if not then what is the best practice in this?

second how to find a report to show us "both" serial numbers? the original (the defected)  and the new (the replace)
