Can we upload prerequsities and learning outcomes to courses and specializations via HDL?

Hi All

I think the answer is no but couldn't find any previous dsicussions on this topic, is it possible to upload prerequsities and learning outcomes to courses via HDL? If yes please confirm the .dat file to utilise.
