YTD Opening Balance for BS accounts showing incorrect values

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with FCCS where YTD opening balance for BS account is showing incorrect value. This is happening after data was incorrectly uploaded to YTD_Input member instead of Periodic member. We cleared data for both Jan and Feb period but still for Feb period, opening balance is showing incorrect.  Periodic value is fine.
