    Hi Team,

    We were trying to load 6 users into 20B updated instance using User.dat/AreasOfResponsibility.dat HDL files. HDL files successfully loaded. We do not see any errors.

    Post that we are trying to see those user in Security Console/ User accounts. We couldn't see the loaded user there.

    Does any else faced this issue earlier? can some please guide me how to approach this case?
